You may request discounted rates of 20% off service charges if you fall under one of the following categories:

• Non-profit organisations
• Full time students
• Persons with disabilities
• Senior citizens

We are currently offering our discounted rates to all first time customer who mention that they viewed our web site! Please note that this offer can not be combined with any other special offer, and is only valid for the first service call, project or tutoring session, up to a maximum of 8 hours.

Payment details

For on-site residential service, payment is due at the time of service. For companies and organisations, you will be invoiced for the services provided, and payment must be received within 10 business days of the date on the invoice.

Payment can be made using cash or cheque (we do not recommend sending cash via postal mail, and we are not responsible for payments lost in the mail). All cheques should be made payable to “AstraVera IT Solutions”.
