During regular business hours you will be charged at the standard rate listed on the pricing page.

Extended hours

Evenings, Sundays, Holidays

Support calls starting during extended hours will be billed at 1½ times the standard rate.

Emergency hours

11:00 P.M. to 9:00 A.M.

Overnight support will be billed at twice the standard rate.
