The site has been receiving some automated spam messages submitted through the contact web form, so now the form has been updated with basic spam filtering to block these messages.
Strangely, none of the automated junk messages contain any advertisement, just randomly chosen web site addresses that do not even exist.

Worked around various issues present in Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 5.0 through 7.0) which prevented the web site from displaying properly. The photography page still has some minor display issues in Microsoft Internet Explorer which need to be worked around.
For those intererested, the majority of the display issues were related to a proprietary Internet Explorer object property known as hasLayout.

Registered the AstraVera.ca domain name to be used as the official domain name for our company web site.
Set up the previous AstraVera.com domain name to forward directly to the new AstraVera.ca domain.
